Order Processing
Tuska Leather operates exclusively online and does not have physical retail stores. All orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customised or personalised items may require additional processing time. Any extended lead times will be communicated on the product page or at checkout.
Shipping Within South Africa
All South African orders are shipped via a reputable local courier service.

Shipping rates:
Local shipping rates are calculated at checkout using BobGo, based on delivery location, parcel size, and weight. -
Delivery timeframe:
Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days from dispatch, depending on location. -
Tracking:
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, the parcel may be handed to a responsible person at the property who will be required to sign for delivery.
International Shipping
International shipping is powered by TUNL and is available to supported destinations worldwide.

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order has been delivered to the specified delivery address.
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and contacting us immediately if your item is damaged or incorrect.
