We use premium natural leathers sourced from reputable tanneries. Each hide is selected for durability, character, and how it ages over time.
All Tuska Atelier products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in South Africa, using traditional leather-working techniques.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, and extreme heat. When not in use, store your item in a dust bag and keep it dry. Use a neutral leather conditioner occasionally.
Waterproofing sprays can be used, but we recommend testing on a small area first. Even when treated, leather should not be exposed to heavy rain.
Yes. Natural leather develops a patina with use. This is intentional and part of the character of each piece.
Orders
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
Yes, selected products can be personalised. Customised items are made to order and cannot be returned.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping is powered by TUNL, with rates and delivery times shown at checkout.
South Africa: typically 2–3 business days after dispatch.
International: delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Local rates are calculated at checkout using BobGo. International rates are calculated by TUNL. Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

We offer a 7-day return window on unused, non-customised items in original packaging. Customised items are non-returnable.
