Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note:
Customised or personalised items (including embossing, embroidery, or engraving) cannot be returned or refunded.

The reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will arrange collection of the item and provide instructions on next steps. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return address will be provided once the return request is approved.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective

The item is damaged

You received the incorrect item
We will assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return the original item (subject to approval). Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
European Union – 14 day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customised items remain excluded.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
